At Lumière Atelier, we want you to be completely enamored with your home curation. If a piece doesn't perfectly fit your space, we offer a 30-day return window for all items in their original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original protective wrap and shipping box to ensure they arrive safely at our studio.

• 3.
  Ship with Ease

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
